1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Rapid Review ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rapid Review. Please read them carefully as they affect your legal rights and obligations.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the necessary legal capacity to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
If you are registering on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Accounts & Access
Certain features require creating an account. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- You may not share your account credentials with others
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to impersonate others, to attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the Service, or to submit content that is abusive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmitting harmful code, viruses, or malware
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Harassing, threatening, or defaming others
- Engaging in spam or unsolicited communications
5. AI-Generated Content
The Service offers AI-powered review generation using third-party APIs (including OpenAI). Generated content is provided as a tool to assist you. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to publish or use that content.
Important Notice:
- • We do not automatically post reviews on your behalf
- • You retain full control over generated content
- • AI-generated content should be reviewed before publication
- • You are responsible for the accuracy of published content
6. Payments & Refunds
Paid features are processed via third-party payment providers (e.g., PhonePe). You agree to pay applicable fees. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy; contact support for billing issues.
All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rapid Review and its licensors.
You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to operate and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rapid Review is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the prior 12 months, if any.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rapid Review and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you submit or transmit through the Service
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, certain data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies and Privacy Policy. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
